New Music Production Company
Big Hell Productions was founded in 2008 by Tom Rau and Gabe Turner. After meeting at a local Hip Hop show, the two solo artists began collaborating
on new music after finding their individual work following similar paths creatively. In the past year, the two composers have produced tracks for
independent artists across not only the state lines of North Carolina where they currently reside, but internationally via the internet with artists
as far reaching as France and Russia. The Duo is set to release an EP of original material in late 2009, as well as a full length mixed media project
entitled, "The Day We Dropped the Bomb Again" in 2010.
Most recently the duo has had their music featured in the Russian skiing film Ajiotaj which was produced in conjunction with National
Geographic and The Action Brothers.
Catch them live at The Local 506 in Chapel Hill on 12/15 opening for Def Jux artist Cage on the second leg of his national tour.
