When Did You Last...
Hello everyone,
got this via another site...
go roller skating?
Was that the thing to do as a youngster? Meet up at the skating rink with your friends?
Were you or are you good on roller skates?

I haven't been in a year....I have my own skates still.
I'm not as good as I used to be .... but I was AWESOME!!!! LOL

I hear ya... We have 2 skating rinks around here... Used to go all the time with thy church...

a shame i can't rollerskate...can't skate on ice, rollerblades nothing...i was getting into rollerblades but i was like...i gave up...nothing like
shoes and hard ground under my feet..

I went about 9 months ago. I love skating. Very physical. I am going in about two weeks for my oldest sons b-day. Skating was so fun when we were
kids. The old rink is where I am taking my kids now. Its funny going there as a parent now.

No - I was lousy at skating. Actually skating wasn't as bad - it's the stopping that I couldn't get straight. Usually I'd run into something bigger
than me to stop me. I loved bike riding, but skating - not so much.
